Guerrilla Funk Filmworks is Official!

We're proud to announce that Guerrilla Funk has officially launched its film division! The first movie, Sounds Like a Revolution, is the story of musicians daring to make a difference, and details the consequences they face as a result of their beliefs in a post 9/11 environment where dissent is silenced and media outlets self-censor. It features interviews, featurettes and performances by Paris, NOFX, Michael Franti, Anti-Flag, The Dixie Chicks, The Coup, Tom Morello (Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave), Saul Williams and Davey D, among others.

About Guerrilla Funk

Guerrilla Funk Recordings and Filmworks, LLC (GFR) produces original music and film projects, and was founded by rapper Paris to provide balance in the intolerant climate of suppression of free speech that arose after the terror attacks of 9/11. It serves as a vehicle for those who are unable - not because of lack of talent or relevance - to be heard. With millions of records sold independently since inception, GFR will continue to strive to enlighten and inspire through entertainment.
